Mufti Yusuf Desai

Hazrat Mufti Yusuf Desai Saheb is a respected South African Aalim and Mufti based in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. He serves as the Imam of Musjid-al-Hilal and is a senior Ustaad at Madrasah Hamidiyyah, where he teaches Fiqh, Urdu and other subjects. Hazrat is also recognised as a khalifah of Hazrat Moulana Abdul Hamid Is’haq Saheb, and his majaalis and advices focus on spiritual reformation, strengthening Imaan, and guiding the community towards obedience to Allah Ta’ala and adherence to the Sunnah. Through his teaching and public programmes, Hazrat continues to contribute to the preservation of Deen and the guidance of the Muslim community.
