Mu'min Companion is a free platform — there are no subscriptions or recurring charges. The only payments we accept are voluntary one-time donations made by users who wish to support the platform. This policy explains how those donations are handled.
Donations Are Voluntary and Final
Donations made through Mu'min Companion are entirely voluntary. Because all content on the platform remains free and equally accessible to all registered users regardless of whether a donation is made, donations are non-refundable once processed.
No Subscription Charges
We do not charge subscription fees. There are no recurring billing cycles, no automatic renewals, and no plans that require payment. If you registered an account, you have full access to all content at no cost.
Incorrect or Duplicate Charges
If you believe a payment was processed in error — for example, a duplicate charge — please contact us promptly at ion.apps786@gmail.com and we will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
