Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, subscribing, or using Mu'min Companion, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy.
Use of the Service
Mu'min Companion provides access to Islamic lectures and related learning features. You agree to use the platform lawfully and in a way that does not misuse, disrupt, or interfere with the service or other users.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably up to date.
Subscriptions and Billing
Some content or features may require an active subscription. Billing is processed by Paystack according to the plan you select. Unless cancelled, subscriptions may renew automatically based on the billing interval of the selected plan.
Cancellations and Access
If you cancel renewal, your subscription remains available until the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated. Access to subscriber-only content may end once that billing period expires.
Refunds
Ion Apps does not offer refunds for subscription payments already made. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid billing period, and renewal will not continue after that period unless you subscribe again.
Content and Intellectual Property
All lectures, branding, design elements, and platform content remain the property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce, redistribute, record, resell, or exploit content from the platform beyond personal permitted use without authorization.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Features may be updated, modified, or removed when necessary to maintain or improve the platform.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where necessary to address misuse, fraud, abuse, security concerns, or violations of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Mu'min Companion is provided on an as-available basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for every purpose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
