Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Mu'min Companion, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy.
Use of the Service
Mu'min Companion provides free access to Islamic lectures, Qur'an audio, Islamic books, and related learning features for all registered users. You agree to use the platform lawfully and in a way that does not misuse, disrupt, or interfere with the service or other users.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably up to date. A free account gives you full access to all content on the platform — no subscription is required.
Voluntary Donations
All content on Mu'min Companion is free. We offer an optional donation feature for users who wish to support the platform. Donations are entirely voluntary and are processed securely through Paystack. Making or not making a donation has no effect on your access to any content or features. All donations are final and non-refundable — see our Refund Policy for details.
Content and Intellectual Property
All lectures, branding, design elements, and platform content remain the property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce, redistribute, record, resell, or exploit content from the platform beyond personal permitted use without authorization.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Features may be updated, modified, or removed when necessary to maintain or improve the platform.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where necessary to address misuse, fraud, abuse, security concerns, or violations of these terms. You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time from your profile page.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Mu'min Companion is provided on an as-available basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for every purpose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
